Learn how UP’s Artistic Director, Randy Dixon, created the popular Campfire improv format now being performed around the globe. At Campfire, audience members share a supernatural experience. The improvisers take that experience and weave into a brand new story. Dixon will share how Campfire format works, how to create ghost stories and tidbits about the horror genre.
At Extra Credit, a noted improviser, teacher or accomplished improv luminary discusses their craft and personal improv journey. The penetrating and fascinating insights cover improv impulses, styles, techniques, and history. The night ends with a Q&A with the audience.
