Loose Cannons Improv, Thursday 8:00pm

Every show at Loose Cannons is a one-of-a-kind experience—exciting, unexpected, a little dangerous, and always ridiculously fun.

Part One: The night kicks off with a unique performance from special guest improvisers showcasing their signature style or a never-before-seen format. Your suggestions fuel the fire, and the improvisers will ignite the stage, bringing your ideas to life.

Part Two: Buckle up because anything can happen. This half begins with a single audience suggestion—and that’s where the chaos begins. Improvisers dive in, riffing, playing, and building connections through a dynamic opening game. It could be a song, a monologue, or a whirlwind group association—whatever emerges will spark the stories, scenes, and surprises that follow.

The performers are true loose cannons, and you’re the one lighting the fuse. What will they create? It’s entirely up to you. Come for the comedy, stay for the thrill—you never know what’s going to explode onto the stage.

This show blends humor, drama, and mystery to explore how our own biases shape the stories we tell. In each performance, our improvisers will take the audience on a journey through shifting perspectives, uncovering new details, hidden motives, and unexpected twists. Prism is an ever-evolving theatrical experiment that challenges what we think we know—about a story, about each other, and about the very nature of truth itself.

Since its inception in 1999, SketchFest Seattle has pioneered sketch comedy festivals worldwide. Our mission is to elevate sketch comedy as a performing art by providing a platform for groups to showcase their talent to Seattle audiences and to facilitate networking opportunities with other performers, writers, and professionals in the comedic arts.

The Incubator is the wildest, most unpredictable improv comedy show you’ll ever see! Our fearless performers take the stage armed with nothing but an utterly made-up game title—provided by the audience—and must invent the rules on the spot before diving headfirst into playing it. Will their creation be a stroke of comedic genius or a spectacular disaster? That’s for you to decide! After each round, the audience votes on whether the game is a keeper, and if it survives, its inventor is rewarded with a mysterious egg… what’s inside? There’s only one way to find out.
